I am a Jim Walters customer from Tennessee my biggest complaint is that they don't get things done in proper amount of time.My compressor went out already in a 4 year old home how does this happen. I agree with others on here that when I cant make the payment on time they scream at you and tell you well you have to have a home to live in so you have to pay. I am not trying to get out of paying i just sometimes don't have it. Times are tough and its like they have the fact that you put your land up and they can take everything from you to their advantage. We know this fact. 12a68af
