I purchased my home less than 10 years ago, I'm now having structural problems with my floors. I have holes in my floor near my kitchen door and the remaining floors in the kitchen, laundry room, both bathrooms and hall area are very weak. I tried to notify the company in the past with no return. I'm unable to repair the floors myself, I'm not sure if there is a warranty for the floors at this time. This is a structural problem and i feel the builder is at fault. I would appreciate any direction as this is urgent. 12a68d0

I have recently been informed the Jim Walter Home company is no longer in business to build homes. however, the morgage department is still taking payments and sending notices when you are late. This is not helping my situation. My side porch has sense fallen of my house, the toillet is falling through the floor in the main bathroom and I can see the ground in my laundry room. I know I made a bad choice going with this company but where is the justice. I wish we all could arrange group and legally go after the sick mothers. |

Please look at other complaints and you can see numbers and names of who to call and theres others that can help you as well you are not alone there are alot of us that have these bad homes mine was built in 2006 and it is a mess and they do nothing to fix it i complained and complained and nothing they say it is not their fault and they fix nothinmg my fouindation is cracking and cracking the walls are all cracked the garage is A mess these people need to be stopped |
