i have a poorly builded jim walter home, we never sign any papers excepting the home, one of the district managers came and sign off on it with my contractor robert, he had the nerve to tell me if i didn't sign the papers and pay for it i would lose my land, there were so many problems on day one, windows wouldn't close, doors did not open, a largee crack in my dining room, now i have cracks every where, a/c unit went out, doors still won't close, it's a mess. i've tried everything to get it correct, but it seems i'm fighting a losing battle. can someone please point me in the right direction, o'h i got an attorney in the beginning of this and he sold me out. help in arkansas 12a68da
