We bought this house thinking". great location, quite friendly neighbors and loved the way the house looked all together/. Well its 2 story and the upstairs bathroom was done so poor our bathtub is starting to leak through to the celin downstairs!. back door rotting, walls are so hallow yu touch it and a hole appears!. Ducking on the "3 ton" A/c unit yes 3ton:. has too much duck so not cooling right:. we need a 5 ton, the walls are peeling and cracking?. roof leaked but thats fixed?. we have to extend the bathroom upstairs into one of the bed rooms because you cant move and again its about to fall through. gee 12a6924

Written by Chambers on January 16, 2011 from orlando, florida, US Again I understand my backdoor has completely rotten, both the bathroom tiolets leak, floor sqeaks regardless who walks on it, roof buckled, and they didnt bother to putty anything I'm so diguised with those people oh yea my final straw i had my baby in the middle of winter call them all summer due to the a/c unit constantly shorting all the power in the house in the middle of the night and it took 3weeks for someone to respond after several threats (from me 2 them) broought my baby home to no heat what so ever to learn they had a recall on the a/c unit when they installed it unknowning to me but not to the contractor Mr. Kenneth whom i call several times and he finally told me. So needless to say the really are crooks i hate to blast folks like this but these people really need to be sued and have to pay back anyone interested and bold enough to do it please email me i'm all in or even if you can direct me to a lawyer who deal with this type of stuff please contact me. Oh yea i personally spoke with Mr. wayne Whitlock out of Dallas he so dog-gone nasty i almost lost it he stated himself why you bother to get a home you knew you couldnt afford but my thing is at the time i could the ecomomy changed my husdand job closed the door but of course he could care less.
