I was reading all the complaints on how people are unhappy with
Jim Walter Homes and how rude their employee's are and I must say I agree with everyone 110 per cent they build a sound home but since we have had this house built 12 years ago we have had to replace the bathrooms twice we had to have the roof torn off and redonem new dry wall new floors, new siding on the outside. When all the problems started right after this house was built we called the Nashville office when they were in business and spoke with them and they came out a said it was not their problem and for us to deal with it and I was just a nagging woman. Needless to say we turned them into the BBB I took ill and was diagnoses with cancer and we had to have
extentions on our motgage the mortgage guy there (Tony White) told my husband they didn't want to hear excuses and didn't care I was sick that he didn't care if we had to beg, borrow or steal that we best have or mortgage in on time or they would tae action. Well we got refinanced with another company and we have had this house redone by another company so its like we have a brand new home now but as for
Jim Walter Homes they AND their employee's are a joke. so BEWARE I do know they are no longer in Nashville I believe they were kicked out cause I know our
