we had to get a lawyer just to finish our home. we started our home in march 2001 and in august 2001 it still wasn't finished. we moved in on December 15, 2001. i am very displeased with it. it has very poor structure. we would like to sell, but i don't think it would even pass a house inspection. DO NOT BUY A JIM WALTER HOME
