Jim Walter homes for my wife and family to only continue to have a terrible excuse of a house it is falling apart the middle is sinking and you walk up and down in most of the rooms not one even floor in site the outer piers were replaced, the ones that came out were terrible there will be pictures to follow they have patched and patched this house is nothing but patches and
band aids nothing will ever make this a new house we tried to sell it and were taken off the market twice because it is too bad to sell and they made us alot of promises to get out of the lawsuit and let them fix the house and all they did was lie and scam us and we have been through so much stress with them that we know they will never fix any of these houses right they send
drunks and drug addicts to repair the houses and they try to cover up all the damage with patches and 45 minutes after they left this last time the house fell again they said they were finished and were not coming back it is funny their Attorney Mr Kenneth
Culbreth had Mr Chuck Reeber to convince my wife to quit her 2000 dollar a month job at the law office and tell her well just find another job then they sent some very inexperienced workers here to continue to mess this house up more than it was if you spray the windows outside the inside gets wet when they took out the defective steps out inside to replace them there was four feet of trash on the floor under the stair well sealed into the wall we still have huge drafts in the house and there are cracks everywhere they have patched so much i do not think there is much left on this house they did not even put enough paint on the walls to cover the old paint and you can see grey coming through they ordered me another
kitchen cabinet where they messed up the first one and this one is not even close in color and the other cabinet has a board cut and filling in the place where the back wall of cabinet should be the tape is coming through the paint and there are some walls where the screws and nails are coming through the middle of the house is falling and they tried to cover it up one engineer Ken Talley was heard by my wife telling the workers that if he had to put up with that *** everyday referring to my wife he would quit the house to this day has never passed windstorm and if any of you live in a windstorm area you need to check and see who signed off saying that your house passed please have your house rechecked and if you have a jim walter home house you need to consult an attorney in your area and please do not take their word for it about your house their President of Jim walter home sales division has been on trip top another country and to many vacations not caring if you have a good home or not you can bet during the research of them none of them live in
