My Jim Walter home is 4 yrs old and it is a complete mess! All of my electrial work was done wrong and everything is wired on one switch! How in the world do they think this would work? It will now cost my almost 3,000 to have my whole house re wired to code and be safe for me and my 4 yr old daughter. The center of my house has a complete split down the middle and the house at it's size as all of the HVAC reps have told me should have more than just the one unit with the size of my house. They left wholes and cracks and now the whole entire upstairs is molded and that is not safe and is another 2,000 to get carpet ripped up and mold washed out! But let me be late on a payment because im using the money to get someone over to fix it...And they will call you non stop and treat you like crap. 12a6966
