First of all, it took them almost a yr to build my so called home. (small) They didn't get the kitchen window right, so now my kitchen sticks out into my dinning room. (looks bad)Floor's are bowing so bad.(didn't use ply wood)Walls are cracked BAD! To make it short.. it's worse than a nightmare!! We can't even paint the house cause they used silicone where they should have used tape on sheetrock!We tried to paint, it looks bad, looks like the sheet rock has stains in it, so paint won't take to it.I would not recomend them to build a house for a dog or a rat!! 12a6986

I have talked to lawyers about it and they just seem to laugh at us.Everyone I talk too seem's to think it was funny that my 3 yr old grandbaby seen a picture of a naked woman that was drawn on the front door by the electrion and when I brought it to the attention of the man that was running this so called building a home, he laughed and done nothing about it. The list goe's on and on..Familie's that work hard for thing's should not have to suffer cause of greedy gut's like jim walters home's (NOT EVEN GOOD ENOUGH FOR A RAT). Written by bad bad home on February 13, 2010 from weslaco, texas, US my wife and i are a young couple with two kids and we saved for 5 years to get a home that we thought we could raise our babies in and one day leave to them and a home they could be proud of and it is a bad dream i would not even let anyone visit because it is so bad and i think dangerous but we are trapped and no way out in site everything is falling apart and they would fix nothing i was to the point if they said withintollerance one more time i would have screamed stop the lies we are going to write to congress t look into the mortgage department and see what they are doing to people and please help us |
