I want to know if anyone has built a JWH bakersfield style? do you have 14' ceilings? if you do please let me know where you built your house at.

we were told the model we looked at was only to see where we wanted to put our furniture. we are still in a fight with them and it has been 4 years. They cut our trusses and used broken trusses. they tried to get us to sign tenor papers and lied to us about it. they are the sorriest bunch of people I know. B Ala

thank you. please ask we went to arbitration and we lost of course. I can not get a certificate of occupancy my finals haven't been finaled. we just need a break. we are about to lose everything.

my home is in columbiana al. yes it was told to us that the heigth of the ceilings were not in the contract. we have an email showing we disscussed this. we have a great lawyer so far. they made us sign everything before we were credited approved. we didn't sign the tendered papers.

there are a couple of Bakerfields in the lawsuit we are in I will check with the homeowners and see if they have 14 ft ceilings for you

If i might ask where is your home located at and have you talked to the construction manager there did he tell you its all within tolerance that what a Mr Howell from Albamba would always say to my wife she hated to talk to him because she thinks thats all they taught him in training was to lie and say its within tolerance she wonders within who's tolerance theirs of course we have a 2 story so they say here in Texas but according to what we hear this is actually a one and a half story so where is the rest of the story we are all paying for we all have an Attorney here in Texas and we would be glad to know more about your case there and will be willing to share all our info with you as well
