From the time my husband and I have had our home built we have had problems with jwh.
Harass phone calls, increase in mortgage payments, and constant unexpected arrival of sale rep at home in the evening hours demanding payment or be evicted.
At that time just 14 days late with payment ( mother passed-funeral expenses). Sale rep very disrespectful when speaking to him. I refused to speak to him". I let my husband corespond with him/.
JWH have increased my mortgage 3x since we have had our home built!. When asked why they would come up with same lame excuse using big words that they think simple country folks don't understand!.
The wiring and sewage were jacked up in our home but I have relatives that repaired some of my wiring in our home and my husband went on the repaired the sewage to the home:. JWH were called about the situations and never do anything about them so we took matters into our own hands;.
Our home just did passed inspection by a private inspector:. He inspected two more homes in Teague, Tx at that time and did not pass them due to faulty wiring and plumbing/.
If there is anyway that we can bring a law against JWH please included us in because all we have every want was a nice peaceful home to live in: to relax at the end of the day. 12a69a1
