Jim Walter has repeatedly ignored our request to fix our home. Our bathroom floors have rioted, and a lot of mold and mildew, our floors have buckled plus soft places in the floors.
We have a 9 year old son with asthma and this mold and mildew is bad for him. Our doors will not shut and lock, our home have shifted badly. We have been told it was not a problem of Jim Walter. But they are taking our money faithfully every month in the amount of 450.00 a month and we have insurance.
If we are paying then they should be responsible to fix our home even with insurance. 12a69d8
