Written by Angry Homeowner on November 18, 2010 from weslaco, texas, US Also if you are in a wind zone area you might want to check and see all the one in south texas the engineer said were in compliance but that was a lie and i wonder how much money it takes to get someone to sign off on something that is not in compliance my house is still not a home and never will be we live out of boxes this house has never been finished and never will warped floors and cracked walls foundation falling in center and yet everyone of subs and engineers signed off saying houses were finished please check out through google jimwaltersvictums.com |

Written by Angry Homeowner on November 18, 2010 from weslaco, texas, US in what state is your house built in? you might want to check and see how many other homeowners are suing them in your state and talk to an attorney please don't let them get away with building you are defective and falling apart home you have rights and you were promised many things i am sure and maybe it is time that everyone bands together to insure they can get the justice they deserve and not allow these people to take our dreams and turn them into nightmares in south Texas all the houses are a mess and families like mine and yours are losing so much and suffering from these poorly built stick houses that we are paying big money for them to live in fancy homes in gated areas and laugh at us for falling for their lies call an Attorney as fast as you can and protect your family |
